Bib Transfers

Participants can transfer their registration to another person for $15. The transfer fee is paid by the new participant at the time of the transfer. Deadline to transfer a bib is April 1, 2025 and the deadline for the new participant to accept the bib is April 2, 2025.

Transfer Your Registration:

Log into your M3S Sports account Click Here.
Click “Your Events” on the menu and find your registration for the 2025 Ohio State 4 Miler
Click “View Registration.”
In the bottom right corner click “Category Options”, then “Transfer”
Enter the name and email address of the person you wish to transfer your registration to. An email will be sent with transfer instructions to the new registrant.
There is a $15 transfer fee, you may choose to pay the fee or pass it on to the person accepting the transfer.

Note: If the original participant's name is on his or her bib, the new participant will need to stop at the Info Table at Packet Pick Up to be reassigned a new bib.

Note: We will not refund the registration fee for the original registration. Any compensation for the transferred registration needs to be handled outside of the platform.
